Common pricing questions
No. All Catena plans are flat monthly subscriptions. You pay the same amount whether you process 50 confirms on a quiet day or hit your daily tier limit on a busy one. The daily confirm limit is the only volume constraint, and it resets each morning.
No setup fee on Starter or Professional. Institutional plans may include paid custom integration work depending on the scope. We will scope that transparently before you sign anything.
Yes. Starter and Professional are monthly subscriptions, cancellable at month-end with no penalty. Institutional terms are negotiated per agreement, but we do not require multi-year lock-ins as a default.
OTC equity, fixed income (corporate and government bonds), FX spot, and DTC-settled positions. SWIFT MT54x confirm formats are supported. If you have a format we do not currently parse, contact us and we can usually add it within a week.
No. Your trade data is never used to train models for other clients. It is used only to process your confirms, which is the scope set out in our Data Processing Addendum. Institutional clients receive a signed DPA as part of their contract.
Most desks connect email ingest and see their first matched confirms on day one. Full setup, including SFTP configuration and custom tolerance rules, typically takes three to five business days. Our team walks you through the process directly, not via a self-serve wizard.
